The AUISC judges spirits for quality and integrity. The origin of spirits include both local Australian producers side by side with well established international brands. The challenge is set to judge spririts in an environment that replicates the mixed sales market and give valuable feedback on all spirits entered, with a focus on Australia's flavour preferences and expectations.
Launching in 2020 the competition set an industry professional judging panel, chaired by veteran and globally respected spirits expert, Steve Beal. The AUISC combines recognised industry standards with today’s consumer demands for flavour, quality and innovation in mind. The competition will identify and award spirits for quality and desirability.
Our team will facilitate the Competition in conjunction with US counterparts to showcase both Australian and International spirits. The Competition's connections to the lucrative international markets and buyers seeking new products will be a valuable asset to medal winners.
